Sup Jagung
Indonesian corn soup with egg and fresh vegetables
Simple Indonesian home cooking
Fresh, colourful and comforting
Sup Jagung is a simple corn soup made with egg, carrots, fresh vegetables, garlic and onion.
The sweetness of the corn and carrot combines with egg and a light savoury broth seasoned with oyster sauce, salt and pepper.
It is the kind of uncomplicated home-cooked dish we enjoy making at Oemah Tepi Sawah – quick to prepare, colourful and best served hot.
