Gado-Gado
Indonesian vegetables, tofu and tempeh with our homemade peanut sauce
Indonesian favourite
A favourite from our cooking class
Gado-Gado is one of Indonesia's best-loved vegetable dishes. It combines fresh vegetables, tofu, tempeh and a rich, creamy peanut sauce.
During our cooking class at Oemah Tepi Sawah, we prepare the peanut sauce from scratch and serve it with a colourful selection of ingredients.
The exact vegetables may change depending on what is fresh and available locally.
